Vivo 40

The Vivo 40 is a flexible, advanced and clinically safe respiratory solution that enables patients to safely make the transition from hospital to home. The Vivo 40 provides both invasive and non-invasive respiratory support. Invasive support through PSV and PCV modes and non-invasive support through PSV, PCV and CPAP modes. Enhanced pressure support mode gives clinical flexibility when needed and a maximum pressure of 40 cm H2O offers the ability to treat difficult restrictive conditions. Also, when the needs of treating small patients arise, the Paediatric mode offers an extra margin of clinical safety. Thanks to eSync – our highly responsive Trigger technology – the Vivo 40 synchronizes smoothly with the patient’s breathing effort. As the patient demands for a new breath the Vivo 40 responds immediately and delivers the exact pressure required. Its intuitive user-interface with home and clinical modes allows both the patient and clinician to adjust the desired settings easily and safely. Clinical mode provides full and precise control over all settings and parameters. The home mode gives the patient easy access to user features which assist in finding just the right level of comfort. An integrated heated humidifier may be included, and the internal battery assures battery operation beyond the external DC supply. The appealing design together with the intuitive user-interface makes the Vivo 40 an integrated part of any hospital or home environment.
